The square letter moves on its own; it doesn't stay centered as one might hope. Mine has worked its way to the back of the necklace where it closes twice. When I try to recenter it, there is resistance. It is impossible to remedy the problem by simply removing the initial. There's a certain way the chain has to be pressed in order for the letter to then be recentered. It takes patience to do so. Wearing this necklace knowing that the letter will work its way to the back defeats the purpose. I'm not even able to get the letter off the chain so that I can wear the chain by itself. This is frustrating because I haven't found a way to salvage the necklace, so after two attempts it's a wrap. I would not buy this necklace again, and I would not recommend it.
The quality is great and arrived early which is definitely a plus. It is a beautiful necklace will definitely buy from this shop again
